Moria

Critics generally praised Moria as a bold, visually striking exploration of Argentine icon Moria Casán, appreciating its refusal to deliver a conventional biographical narrative. Instead, reviewers highlighted the series' thoughtful examination of how public myth eclipses reality, admiring its commitment to presenting Casán as a camp, countercultural figure embraced by queer and marginal communities.

At the same time, some reviewers cautioned that the production can succumb to its own excesses. Critiques pointed to an overreliance on sex and flamboyance, noting that recurring surreal motifs—such as depicting the subject as a giant looming over a miniature town—start out as clever stylistic choices but gradually become overplayed and indulgent as the series progresses.
