Why fans love it

This 2024 original net animation blends sci-fi fantasy with drama as it follows a curious schoolboy who gets swept into the operations of a secret organization. Based on a manga, the animated series focuses on the delicate responsibility of helping people, pairing its protagonist with Agent Ream to save innocent lives across different eras while observing history as it unfolds.

What makes the show stand out is its complex and cautionary approach to time travel. Rather than relying solely on action and adventure, the story examines the emotional weight of intervening in historical events with a compassionate, watchful perspective. Supported by a voice performance from Akihisa Wakayama, the series balances genre storytelling with quiet human empathy, delivering an anime experience that feels both intriguing and emotionally grounded.
