Glitch

Glitch received a polarized but mildly positive reception from critics, who recognized it as an unconventional, genre-bending Korean sci-fi mystery. While its willingness to blend alien conspiracy, comedy, and suspense was seen as ambitious and refreshingly weird, reviewers were divided on whether the disparate pieces fully came together across its ten episodes.

Supporters praised the show's stylish direction and unpredictable storytelling, with particular acclaim directed at the central dynamic between lead actors Jeon Yeo-been and Nana. Reviewers who enjoyed the series appreciated its genuine affection for its offbeat characters and its ability to continually subvert audience expectations through sharp tonal turns.

On the other hand, harsher assessments found the series meandering and unevenly paced. Critics taking issue with the execution pointed out that crucial moments were often undermined by misplaced comedic beats and underdeveloped subplots, leading some to label the mystery stylishly crafted yet emotionally distant or dull over its lengthier episodes.
