Margo's Got Money Troubles

Margo's Got Money Troubles debuted to largely enthusiastic reviews from television critics, who praised the dramedy for blending sharp humor with an unexpectedly poignant emotional core. Reviewers widely commended the central performances, particularly highlighting Elle Fanning's multifaceted turn as a young mother navigating financial precarity through OnlyFans, alongside strong supporting work from Michelle Pfeiffer and Nick Offerman. Critics noted that the series manages to tackle unconventional and potentially sensational subject matter with genuine warmth, craft, and humanistic empathy.

While the reception was broadly favorable, some reviewers were more reserved in their praise. A few critics observed pacing inconsistencies across the season's run, arguing that the narrative feels stretched and occasionally leans too heavily into sentimentality rather than confronting the grittier realities of its premise. Nevertheless, the consensus holds that the show succeeds as an engaging, breezy, and character-driven family dramedy.
